At ZigZagZurich, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your return label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items safely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
